Storage truffles: Unopened (refrigerated) shelf life: 2 months. Once a vacuum seal is opened, consume within 5-6 days. Fresh truffles need to be stored in the fridge at a temperature around 4° Celcius to preserve optimal quality. However, they can be kept outside of the refrigerator for a few (7-10) days without any problem – in case there should be a small delay in the delivery or when you are not home to empty the mailbox immediately.
