⋒ 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
⋒ Pinch of sea salt
⋒ 1/4 cup coconut cream or full-fat coconut milk
⋒ 1 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
Instructions:
1. Begin by draining the chickpeas and reserving the aquafaba in a separate bowl.
2. In a mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to whip the aquafaba on medium-high speed until stiff peaks form. This will take about 5-10 minutes.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the cacao powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, sea salt, coconut cream, and melted coconut oil until smooth and combined.
